Siberian Ginseng in closely related to the more expensive Asian Ginseng (Panax ginseng) and American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius). All of these are varieties of the Araliaceae family with Siberian being made from the root of Eleutherococcus senticosus. The Ginseng varieties have similar health benefits.
